The ENCE Marketing Education Foundation works on several activities and initiatives, all of which are targeted towards our mission

of developing stronger marketing understanding and capabilities in organisations.

We aim to build a global community of expert marketers with a heart through the marketing initiatives, programmes and activities

for marketers around the world.

OUR MISSION

Our mission is to educate and help 1,000 non-profits, social enterprises, micro business and small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to reach marketing sustainability by executing their campaigns effectively.
Our goal is to help organisations cultivate a clearly defined marketing plan suitable for their needs.

We aim to help organisations flourish with proper marketing.

WHY

The world of marketing can be a complex one and learning to navigate the various forms of marketing will cost businesses time and money – resources they often lack. Coupled with ever-changing digital marketing tools and technologies, it is also difficult for businesses to keep up with the latest marketing trends.

Integrated marketing is something that few SMEs and non-profit organisations really know. Yet, it is exactly what they need to spread the message about their worthy missions more effectively. A sound approach to marketing is especially important to these organisations which do not have large marketing budgets. Their options for reaching their target audience are limited by lack of sufficient funding or resources. This is where we step in.

With our long and varied experience in marketing, we have the tools, resources and knowledge to help these organisations succeed. Our own mission has always been to help small and medium enterprises reach out and assist as many people as possible, and it continues to be especially important in times of change and mounting challenges ahead of all of us. Therefore, we started developing tools, methodologies and processes that are simple to use and apply for organisations with limited resources.

Over the years, after working with several hundred clients on various marketing campaigns, we have designed an integrated marketing approach suitable for organisations and people whose work aims to benefit society.

We decided to expand our approach further and start educating non-profits and SMEs on how to apply our marketing tools, and this gave birth to the ENCE Marketing Education Foundation.
Encemarketingedu.com is an online educational platform and community to help organisations to learn more about integrated marketing and apply it in their own businesses and marketing campaigns.

We believe that helping these individuals and organisations through what we know and do best is our way to contribute to society.

By assisting others with our knowledge and experience, we thus extend their own mission to help others reach more people and benefiting the environment we live in.

With SMEs being the backbone of many countries’ economies, we also believe that assisting them means creating a better environment
for all of us.

The ENCE Marketing Education Foundation was established around a common mission to our team: to educate and assist other SMEs, non-profit organisations and other businesses to reach business sustainability by bringing integrated marketing strategy and knowledge to them on how to develop their activities.

We aim to help the people we work with develop their activities in a professional way, while at the same time complying with the limited budgets most of them have.
Our team consists of marketing experts and people from different backgrounds across various many marketing channels.

United by our common goal and mission, our combined experience allows us to provide the organisations we assist with professionally executed work and training while complying with their needs and the specifics of what they do on a day-to-day basis.

The PR Director for Retail and F&B manages clients in the lifestyle sector with a retail store front. With a deep
understanding of the processes and flows of a storefront business, this person will be able to advise clients on the best
and most timely outreach methods for their brands.

PR Director (Fintech)

Our Fintech PR Director oversees outreach work for clients in the financial, digital and technical industries.

PR Director (Medical )

The Medical PR Director has close connections with media in the healthcare and wellness sector, and is able to secure
unique press coverage for our clients in this sector.

PR Director (MICE)

Marketing for conventions and exhibitions is a high pressure, fast paced role, due to the short turnaround times and event deadlines. This director ensures that our clients’ events receive sufficient publicity prior to their event and its eventual success by attracting more attendees.

In charge of the digital and social media team, this manager works with clients to conceptualise and implement optimised digital marketing campaigns for clients across all forms of digital marketing.

Our Senior Client Servicing Director works with clients to ascertain their pain points and where we can help as a group, them strategises the work required to achieve the clients’ objectives.

Search Engine Optimisation is so important for sustainable businesses that we have a dedicated person to oversee SEO for clients and how these integrate into their overall long term marketing plan.

Studio Manager

Our Studio Manager oversees the internal processes for design and technical work, to ensure that all channels are in sync with each other.

Project administration is an often overlooked, but important role. It takes diligence, perseverance and and eye for detail to be a good in this role, qualities that our Project Administrator brings to the team, to ensure that client projects are well taken care of from start, to end and then wrapped up with no loose ends.

If content is king, then our Content Manager is a very important person who consolidates information from clients and all over, rehashes them to make sense of them, and relay the information in a direct, succinct and understandable manner to our target audience.

Email marketing is a cost effective and fast form of marketing to reach out to get leads, sales and participation. Our Email Manager focuses on optimising email marketing and database management for clients.

Funnel Manager

Funnel management is important if you do not want your advertising spend to go to waste. The Funnel Manager plans a workable funnel plan, taking in mind, the client’s current operations and resources, and ensures an end to end delivery of leads generation to sales conversion.

The Designer supports the Design/Tech team with pleasing designs and eye catching ideas for client marketing materials.

Supporting the webmaster is a Programmer, who is technically trained to integrate and implement applications between each other, and to custom code where necessary.

Production Manager (Technical)

This Production Manager is in charge of the technical set up and ensuring that all equipment work seamlessly prior and during the event, especially when “whatever can go wrong will go wrong”.
